All orders are precisely inspected before shipping. Our policy lasts 10 days. if 10 days have gone by since your buy, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Discount Items are not refundable. When you shop on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of the return policy.
To finish your exchange, we need a receipt or proof of buying. Once we get and inspect your return, we will send you an email. This email will inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you with the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card. Alternatively, it will be returned via your original method of payment within 3 – 5 Business Days.

All Sale items can not be refunded.
Exchanges

Shipping Exchanges
To Exchange your product, you should mail your product to: {P.O. BOX 109}.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for Exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a Exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your Exchange. you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will get your Exchanges item.
Depending on where you live and the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you varies.
Orders over $200 will automatically have signature requirements and can’t be modified, so please plan suitably. If you are Exchanging more expensive items.
All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Our processing time is up to 1 business day. to prepare your order before shipping. After the processing time is finished, your order will be shipped. Shipping takes 3-5 business days once it departs our facility. Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to you at the email location provided upon buying. Orders received after 12 pm (ET) will start production the next business day.
