At Graceful Glow Hair we take pride in providing our customers with the highest quality of Raw Bundles and Wigs. We offer a 100% Guarantee on our products and a strict quality control process. All orders are precisely inspected before shipping. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately, we can’t offer you an refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Discount Items are not refundable. When you shop on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of the return policy.
To finish your return we need a receipt or proof of buying. Once we get your proof and inspect your return, we will send you an email. This email will inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you with the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card. Alternatively, it will be returned via your original method of payment within 2-3 Business Days.
ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED YOU CANNOT MAKE ANY EDITS OR CHANGES TO THE ORDER.

Shipping
Our Standard Priority shipping is $9.99 for orders under $200 and orders above $200 are 14.99 which takes 2-3 business days for bundles, closures and Tape-In extensions. Our express shipping is $21.99 and it takes 1-2 business days. Our Wigs are processed within 24 Hours. Shipping Wigs Monday – Saturday 1-4 Business Days.

All items are shipped via USPS, UPS and FEDEX. Our processing time is up to 1 business day if you place your order before 1pm (ET) products will be shipped the same day. If ordered after 1pm the order will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a tracking number update through email afterwards. Shipping takes 2-3 business days once it departs our facility. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed and cleared.
